Return & Exchange Policy

At Zahrah’s Studio, we hope you love every piece you receive. If your item isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchanges

• Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.
• Once your exchange request is approved, the item must be shipped back promptly.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Zahrah’s Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
